As a physiotherapist of 23 years experience and having attended courses throughout my career to expand treatment options and improve outcomes, I am impressed by the simplicity and effectiveness of this technique and increasingly consider it a first choice treatment option for many conditions.

This amazing technique was developed by the Australian Tom Bowen.

The therapist uses thumbs and fingers to perform a series of specific moves across tendons, muscles and fascia throughout the body interspersed with short breaks. The breaks allow the body to process and react to the moves.

Treatment for a wide range of conditions including; neck pain, back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, joint problems and headaches.
